"Do not even waste your time. This location is extremely understaffed, unprofessional, and disgusting. The ice machines have straight MOLD growing on them and the staff could care less about the safety or sanitation for their customers. Expect to wait for an hour or longer for any food. And if you want any alcoholic drinks, forget it, not even worth the wait nor the price. I overheard the manager Yolanda speaking to several customers while waiting for their drinks and she was extremely rude and disrespectful to them. They had a large birthday party and the adults went to get alcoholic drinks and ended up waiting over 45 minutes and the manager Yolanda basically told them she didn’t have the time to get their drinks because she was cutting a pizza! When the customers respectfully expressed their disappointment with the wait time, she catches an attitude and then refuses to serve them! I will NEVER return here again, will never recommend anyone to come here. Yolanda needs to be removed as a manager EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY as it’s clearly apparent that she cannot handle typical large birthday parties that are expected at this establishment, she doesn’t know how to delegate and multitask, and is unable to maintain her professionalism with paying customers when stressed! Do BETTER Chuck E. Cheese!"
"I never thought I would say this about Chuck E. Cheese. But years ago, everything was better. Now you have to pay for everything. For example, kids' cups are not free anymore! They are not even the best cups."
"Organized chaos of course! Most of the games were in service, atmosphere was fun, and very clean. Staff was friendly however kid at the door was paying little to no attention the the exit. Good pizza, great wings, and was served hot. Prize section was packed with plenty of fun options to choose from!"
"Great Location lots of fun games were awesome plenty of variety to choose from… my only complaint is there was a long line and manager was just standing there not assisting with anything."
