Heart 2 Heart Family Practice

"I have had pretty good experiences with Heart 2 Heart, but the front end of the business is lacking when it comes to providing healthcare needs beyond the visits. Stacey, (Or whatever her name is) who was processing referrals for my son, was nothing short of a nightmare to deal with. She has an unfortunate attitude that comes off as if she is taking things way too personally. This is healthcare, not a Publix bakery. Patients are not going to be happy when you send referrals to the wrong company, take months to correct it, and send wrong diagnoses to the right company. My unhappiness was not even matched with the disrespect she showed. (Again it is personal for me not her.) Even Publix requires their employees to treat customers with respect and not disrespect them over mistakes THEY have made. Stacey wouldn't have a job if it weren't for the referrals and patients, maybe the thought of that should change her mindset. I have been hung up on by front-end staff, and it is making me question my choice provider. As I stated, it is unfortunate because I have been with Heart 2 Heart since the beginning, before it was called Heart 2 Heart."
