"Custom Cake order for Christmas Buche de Noel (Chocolate Cake with hazelnut cream). On time, easy to freeze because Lady Ray cut down the box, lots of easy directions to finalize decor before serving, very stable cake plate included. Mild chocolate sponge cake was a good counterbalance to rich ganache and filling. We served with peppermint park ice cream which worked well. Everyone loved the look and taste. It felt like a grand finale to our Christmas dinner. She also made extra decor so we could decorate the serving plates too. My daughter kept asking for more mushroom shaped meringues. Ordered online, received follow up quote, went into shop to finalize, but I could have confirmed by email. Lady Ray was super helpful."

Not only was Rachel so kind and easy to work with, remotely, but when I mistakenly ordered for the wrong date, she was extremely professional in ensuring that our party had a cake, on the right date! "My wonderful friends threw me a baby shower and got the most AMAZING desserts from Lady Ray’s! I have celiac and must eat strictly gluten free, and this place delivered. There was a beautiful and decadent German chocolate cake (my favorite!) with a gorgeous ombré white chocolate frosting, and also a host of lemon cupcakes with berry filling and cream cheese frosting (my husband’s favorite). These desserts were truly amazing. I was the only one at the event who *had* to eat gluten free, but every single person seriously enjoyed these wonderful treats! I’m truly impressed."
