"This was the worst Family Dollar I've visited. Being that it's the day before Valentines the line was at the door! Being that I'm a Supervisor at my current job and have been a Supervisor in retail also one thing I do know and that is you have to be professional as well as work with a sense of urgency! The female in charge decided that she would talk to someone whom she knew very well which wouldn't have been a problem except the other person was in the back of the store. All of the customers in line were complaining. The mgr in charge proceeded by telling her acquaint that she was going to the bathroom. Low an behold she stopped in the middle of a cash only transaction to go to the restroom only to leave a brand new employee to ring up credit card transactions only. Of course I asked for corporates phone number! That was my first and last visit to that location and I will be spreading my experience with my friends and family!"
