"This was a complete waste of time. I went in for Weight Management and felt like I was in grade school. Lorraine is an extremely pleasant person and ask a bunch of eating habit questions, etc. So far, so good. Then I went to the Dietitian and had no idea what we were doing. She gave me some pre- printed handouts and went over the basic food groups. We then talk about foods that are good and bad pertaining to cholesterol, weight gain, etc. This discussion was almost text book phrases. After a while I finally ask where we were going with this. "Will there be a plan for me?" I was asked what my weight goal was and I said "around 170-175 lbs. She said that was doable. That was it!!!! I asked if there was to be a follow-up Appointment and was told, " if you want". I have no idea what was to happen but I know that I wasted several hours getting information that is better present on the Internet. I am canceling the follow-up Appointment as I have no idea what could be beneficial."

"I've posted several times about my extreme satisfaction with this practice! I recently had a problem that required help with the nutritional consultant, Lori Von Gartzen, RD, she not only called me but sent me much needed information that I have on my laptop for easy access! When someone, such as myself, has had multiple surgeries and constantly worried about gaining back the weight, it helps to have people that care and want to help. My practitioner, Virginia Angle, is awesome!! She can have many patients but doesn't make you feel as if you don't matter and she doesn't have time! She takes her time..she listens..she cares and she wants only positive things for you!! I have one surgeon that I'm still waiting on a referral to go through to see another surgeon so I can have shoulder surgery! I finally went and picked up the MRI and CSCAN myself....had the surgery in August.... still haven't heard from that referral! Thankfully, this doctors office is nothing like this! They answer their patient portal faster than any of my other doctors and I just can't say enough good about them! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a team that cares and wants to help you get better!!"
