"Worse experience of my life. Went to get my car checked who was not feeling well. The customer service is slow, then they allowed several pets before telling us they could not check out the cats condition as they were not capable of doing so. I wasted 30 minutes and cancelled an appointment with a different veterinarian due to this bad customer service. They promised no wait when the pet arrived when I called over the phone. These people need to get better at their customer service."

"Killed my kitten. He was a happy vibrant kitten. Took him in because he hadn’t pooped. They gave him a dewormer & god knows what else! Because they don’t allow you to see what they are doing. Which should have been the first red flag!!! Immediately after the vet visit he stopped eating and then his breathing became labored he died in my arms!! Have fun @ rainbow bridge buddy.. SIP Leonardo DiCaprio"
