"After about a year and a half of helping someone I love deal with their mental health, I found myself at a brick wall. I emailed the link provided and almost immediately received an email back asking to text her(Jill). I texted her and she told me to bring my loved one in for a consultation and we’d go from there. Again, I was hesitant and now I’d have to convince them to go. They were stuck in fight or flight mode and leaving the house had become a chore. Thankfully, after much persistence I was able to get them to agree to the appointment. I of course went with them and helped answer questions. The office and Jill are very inviting. After the first visit I noticed a change. Jill set up appointments for 3 times a week. We continued and every visit had a positive effect. After 4 months we are now down to 1 visit a week and the depression/anxiety has decreased to occasionally rather than every second of every day.
