"I spontaneously decided to get a pet because I wanted a little company at home. I am not able to have dogs or cats because of my landlord. I decided birds would be best, and did quite a bit of research to find the perfect place to purchase them from. I came across bills birds, and had the best possible experience. The environment is very welcoming and the staff is very pleasant. However, the best part is that the prices are unbeatable. It was extremely easy for me to say yes to 2 birds because they were so affordable. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I continue to revisit the store to buy the bird’s food and toys. They also have really great cages that are in many different sizes. In addition, they have a customer loyalty program, so the more you shop the closer you get to discounts!"

"I bought a “miniature goat and miniature pig” bill said my goat would not exceed 20 lbs and my mini pig would not exceed 25 lbs. 6 months later I find out he sold me a pot belly pig who is now 100 lbs and growing our goat is 59 lbs! This guy will lie to get ur money"

"The place is extremely dirty. I could not leave my pet there. He is a part of my family. I made an appointment 3 weeks out for them to house my bird. I called the day before bringing him and informed Bill that I would be there at 9:00 a m., he assured me they would be open. I waited for two and a half hours with 2 other customers. Tammie arrived at 11:30. She said that Bill has dialysis 3 days a week Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. When I finally went inside it was horrible. The birds are in small cages and the place is filthy. I walked in and I immediately walked out. Do not leave your bird with them."
