"Wish I could give 0 stars. First off I came in for my appt and i did not have my drivers license because i had my wallet stolen but i had a photo copy of it and receipt of payment confirmation of my new drivers license but they refused for me to email it to them saying "They had to scan it". I work in an office and emailing would of done the exact same thing scanning would of. Therefore, making me drive 35 Mins and time off work for a wasted appointment. So, i rescheduled the appointment for today and Dr. Dzenefa Ramic rushed through my appointment, interrupting me when i was talking and seemed as though he was reading down a list of questions not caring to make any kind of connection with me (His Patient). Then after wasting my time reading off 6 or 7 questions without any sympathy or compassion he goes to tell me that they do not prescribe Benzodiazepines. I have been on Benzodiazepines for 6 months since i was admitted into the hospital. Let it be known i called this Dr. Office to confirm this Dr does prescribe Benzodiazepines since i have to switch due to Insurance purposes and his staff confirmed he does indeed. He immediately gave me an attitude and said he cannot prescribe this. Well, maybe you should train your office staff to not give incorrect information to future patients before wasting their time. This Dr. is just looking for a pay check he could care less to help you or even give any recommendations on another facility that may help. Oh, and also maybe you should have your OFFICE STAFF dress professional instead of having pajamas as their work attire, very unprofessional. If you're looking for someone who actually takes your mental health seriously please DO NOT COME HERE! Get help from a professional who actually cares! Not everyone is a drug addict and if you were a health professional you could look at my medical history and see that but that would take too much caring to do."

"Please do not use this doctor. Please find someone else. He does not listen to the parents or the child he is treating and spends zero time leaning about them. My child was doing great on a previous doctors medical regiment but Dr. Rasul refused to prescribe the same medications. After switching my child's condition worsened. On follow-up we advocated for going back to the original medications that worked great. Dr. Rasul was dismissive and refused. My child's behavior continues to deteriorate and I am now searching for a psychiatrist that is willing to actually listen to us and our child instead of pedaling their drug of choice."

"Really Heartbroken by my experience here. I want to start by saying that Dr. Rasul was great one-on-one. He listened, asked all the right questions and demonstrated genuine care for me. Unfortunately, I must give this practice a 1 star because his staff was super rude, dismissive and refused to help me. Long story short, my medications were sent to a pharmacy that does not accept my insurance. Instead of sending my medications to a different pharmacy, Dr. Rasul’s staff told me to “Report CVS Pharmacy for not doing their job”… As if that would help me in anyway. Dr. Rasul’s staff insisted that it was the “pharmacy’s problem” and refused to even listen to me. They stopped taking my calls, so I had to drive back to the practice to talk to someone in person. This is when I was given a google print out sheet exclaiming why they didn’t have to help me and was told to “Have a nice day.” I was met with a lot of attitude and eyerolls. It is really upsetting because I paid Dr. Rasul and his staff to help me and now i have anxiety about not being able to obtain my medications at all. The pharmacy staff from both the initial pharmacy and the new pharmacy that that did take my insurance did everything they could to help me, but their systems do not allow transfers. It's disheartening to witness skilled doctors receiving negative reviews due to the unprofessional behavior and incompetence of their staff. It's important for medical practices to recognize the impact that supporting staff can have on the overall patient experience and take measures to ensure professionalism and competence are upheld at all times. :("

"I see alot of negative reviews that can be very discouraging for those who are looking for a good Psychiayrist. If you are looking for someone to hold your hand and listen to your problems, you should definitely seek out a therapist. Dr Rasul is an excellent doctor who literally saved my life 2yrs ago when I was at my worst and at one of the lowest point of my life. Severe anxiety, mood swings and depression that not only prevented me from finding and keeping a job, but made it difficult to even get out of bed. I am so glad that I scheduled an appointment with him. After an evaluation, he diagnosed me and started me on medication right away and my symptoms have have been manageable ever since. I've seen a psychiatrist prior to him who was nice enough but kept prescribing me medication that either didn't work or caused such a severe reaction that it set me back and took months to recover from. Personally, I'd rather have a Dr who might be direct and to the point, but has years of experience and is great at what he does. I am very grateful for him and his staff who are very kind."

"If I could leave 0 stars. I would. The doctor does not actually take the time to review medications or talk about the issues he is prescribing medications for. He actually took a call during the appointment. Would not recommend if you want good treatment."
