"I had my first and only session here just a bit ago, and somehow I now hate myself more. It felt more like I was getting a lecture from a distant parent than seeing a counselor who cared about my well-being. Without knowing the full story of my relationships, she tried to give me advice on what I should fix. I didn’t even want to fix this relationship, I don’t think it’s a good one for me but she was very focused on it. I didn’t even get to talk about anything I wanted to talk about. This session only made me feel worse and lonelier as a whole."
"Do not call these people if you need help. They will just refer you to someone else. They literally do not care about your mental health. Not in the slightest bit. Worst place I've ever tried to call for counseling. This place is an absolute joke and should not be allowed to practice whatsoever. If I could put ZERO stars I would, but unfortunately that's not an option."
