"I thought i had a Urinary Tract Infection and called to see Dr. Rosner. They could not see me for 3 weeks. I went to Urgent Care and was treated. Called the office to cancel the 3 week appointment received a bill for the appointment not being cancelled. Called to say that i cancelled the appointment and was told by Donna the Office Mgr that it was cancelled but i had rescheduled it for the next day which was not true. They wanted me to pay a no show fee which was not due. They have discharged me as a patient which I am fine with they have been so rude to me. But now other Drs. that are part of the same corporation and not willing to see me. I think this is outrageous. Yes you can say maybe I should just pay the money but it was not owed for an appointment that was cancelled."

"I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rosner‘s since 2004, and while I typically only need to go see her once or twice a year I think she is a great doctor. Her front office staff and nursing assistants have been with her for years. Keeping your staff, I believe speaks volumes about how you treat people. Also, I have always had a good experience with her staff, they seem happy and love their jobs. Also, Dr. Rosner takes time to discuss health issues and genuinely listens when you would like some input."

"Know an elderly lady patient of Dr Rosner's, who's been functionally blind for months, in addition to chronic mobility problems. Dr. Rosner has yet to recommend that assistance be provided to her despite knowing that her patient faints & falls, cannot see well enough to cook or read, and cannot recall important details. But Dr Rosner schedules another office visit for her nearly every week. That someone must drive her to."
