Their staff is incompetent and hostile, Nobody is responsible for anything. Their customer service is terrible. Their communication or telephone system is one of the worst I have seen. This institution has major problems with administration or corporate management which is divorced from its internal problems and they are negligent"

"Liars, the therapist and the case manager that worked with me. They will lie to your face and smile through their teeth. I feel bad for the trainees that work under them that are trying their best to do good for people. Some of the workers and volunteers were amazing and had huge hearts."

"Been waiting over 2 months for my child to be assigned a therapist. The intake was a mess, was told it was in person but it was actually virtual when I specifically requested in person. Appointment reminder even said in office. Tried calling to check what’s going on and it’s impossible to talk with someone. I explained that my child is in crisis and they don’t care. I’ve tried for 6 days to contact someone and they either transfer in the middle of my sentence after having an attitude then the person they transfer to doesn’t answer or they don’t answer at all. This place is ridiculous. They have immature unprofessional staff and their managers don’t know anything. Spoke with someone named Tiffany and she didn’t know the answer to most of my questions And just sounded so lost. How is that their management? Something better has to be done, you guys are dealing with people who have severe addictions or mental health disorders & by the looks of these reviews, you don’t care enough to actually help. Can’t believe this place has even been open this long, let alone expanded. You try to get help but you get ignored instead. Great job Agape. You guys need to revamp that entire place and get new people in there. people that actually know how to do their job"
