"I am beyond satisfied with the incredible service that I received!! My bichon was sent to a groomer three years ago and came home with ferns over 80% of her body had to be hospitalized for a week and had a damaged back leg. Since then I have worked tirelessly to find a groomer that my dog wasn’t terrified with, and I finally did. She looks incredible. She was happy and clean and excited. The prices were completely reasonable. I cannot recommend this groomer enough. Her brother turned out, pretty adorable too"

"This is the second time I’m posting this review. We never had issues with their service until the owner, Martin, began lacking more and more patience over the phone. The last time we had our dog “groomed,” he was dropped off around 8am, and we had asked if he could be ready around 10:30. We received a call from Robin (who has always been kind) shortly before that time informing us of a 2pm delay. Frustrated with consistent delays of service after our loyalty with three generations of dogs, my mom called to see what was causing the delay, and Martin engaged in a verbal altercation with her. She had asked him not to touch our dog and that we’d be retrieving him at the time we had originally asked. The attached photos are how he looked when he picked him up. Considering the fact that his groom was delayed, it wouldn’t have made sense for him to have started grooming our dog around 10 and have taken until 2pm to finish. This seems like he responded aggressively to the phone call and shaved up our dog out of spite, which isn’t a stretch considering the behaviors he has exhibited according to other 1-Star reviews. There has been a history of our dog being urinated on by others waiting in cages stacked on top of his, along with one or two occasions where the razor nicked his skin. We brushed those incidents under the rug considering our many years of loyalty with these groomers, but the respect clearly wasn’t mutual."
