"I was very disappointed when I picked up my dog Clifford. He was shaved down way too low with out my approval. He has cuts and was bleeding through out the body. He is even acting different as if he was traumatized. I complained that this was not what I asked for and workers were acting like thats not their problem and they still charged me the full amount 180 dollars.I’m never going back here again."

"My usual doggie birthday cake place was not able to handle my pups 16th birthday cake, and I was devastated. The wondeful team at this location were so accommodating and enthusiastic about making my baby's birthday cake special. I asked them to make it pink and fabulous and requested a crown on the cake. It wasn't at all what I had originally had in mind but it was PERCECT! It was pink, and sparkly and they were SO SWEET and made up an edible 16 in treats for her. She absolutely LOVED the cake. She was chomping away at both the cake and the 16 treats. Thanks for being so wondeful, sweet, thoughtful and accommodating! I will definitely be back!"
