"Very expensive hobby above 50 gallons. People are nice and helpful. They carry water to your car unlike other shops. They also test water and get new fish every week. New display tank out front. Be careful parking. Very crowded on weekends."

"Bought an axolotyl less than a month ago for my daughters christmas gift.. He was super active when we got it. We did everything we told to do. Changed its water every week, fed it everyday. Checked the water conditions. It was perfectly fine, swimming around and the suddenly It died last night for no reason. I am not sure what their exchange policy is as they are not open to anwser to the phone... I am trully heartbroken and hope they will do the right thing and exchange for another one... My mom passed away shortly after getting the pet and now my 7 year old has had to experience two deaths. Its heartbreaking. I will change my rating if the store calls me back and offers to exchange, its been less than a month. Its name was snowflake. :("
