"Ordered my chameleon on Feb 6. Got an email to confirm to pick it up at the local FedEx store. Was told I would get an email with a tracking number to know when to go pick up the reptile and still haven’t received anything. When I log into my account it still says waiting for fulfillment. I messaged them multiple times and have not heard back. This is kind of ridiculous that they have you spend all this money for overnight shipping and it is now two days later with still no update! I just want answers to where my chameleon is that I spent $100 on."
