"Disappointing Experience. Unfortunately, the manager's behavior was far from satisfactory. The manager was rude, displayed a lack of common sense, and seemed unwilling to assist. It was disheartening to encounter someone in a leadership position who throws their title in customers' faces rather than providing helpful service. I strongly advise against purchasing pet products from this particular Petco store."
