"I've been taking our Maltese here for grooming for over three years. The couple who own the salon are so kind and caring, and our dog always looks fantastic when she's groomed. I love the facility and how it's laid out, and frequently purchase healthy treats from their small store. The service is excellent and I highly recommend. UPDATE: I called to schedule an appointment and was told they no longer wanted to groom our dog because if she has a mat she yipes. This was a complete shock, as after her last few appointments no one said anything about mats or yipes. I was simply stunned. I've always had a wonderful rapport with the owners and, yet, there was no further explanation, even when I asked. I'm not changing my rating because I'm trying to be compassionate thinking there must be some other unrelated issue at hand."

"I am so impressed with the way this team treats animals - with the utmost respect and dignity. My senior arrives home looking great, but there is something else. She's relaxed, refreshed and I can tell she feels like she spent a day at the Spa. I highly recommend!"

"Very happy with how my dog was treated and groomed, not happy with how I was treated. I was significantly up-charged each visit due to mats in mini golden-doodle's hair (I didn't complain about being over charged). Each appointment we were made to feel as though we were imposing on Naples Dog Center, finally we were told our pet required too much time to groom. Here for the winter, our groomer at home has never complained and appreciates our business."
