"I always try to support local stores instead of going to pet smart. This place is amazing and has options that you can’t find in other pet stores. We usually get our freeze dried dog food here as well as other treats. The staff is always super friendly and inviting great place to shop for your little friends."

She is by far the most informative person I’ve ever encountered working at a pet store. She helped me switch my kibble to try out a different brand to suit my senior cats needs.. and went above and beyond to answer the MANY questions I had. I can’t wait to shop with her again! "The store is always my go-to shopping destination because of its excellent standards. ( Ft. Myers, at Daniels Parkway) Not only is it consistently clean and organized, but the employees truly make a difference with their friendly and welcoming demeanor. Their exceptional customer service is what keeps me coming back time and time again. However, as a pet owner, I do have one small suggestion for improvement. I've noticed that the frozen section could benefit from a wider variety of gently cooked dog food brands. While they do have a decent selection, expanding their offerings would be a great addition for pet owners like myself who prefer this type of food for our furry friends. Other than that, I have no complaints about this fantastic store. It truly stands out among the rest in terms of cleanliness, organization, and the exceptional service provided by its staff. I appreciate the effort they put into making every shopping experience enjoyable. I hope that the store management takes my suggestion into consideration and includes more gently cooked dog food brands in the frozen section. This small addition would make it a one-stop-shop for not only my household needs but also my beloved pet's dietary requirements."
