"The man Manager is very rude and unfriendly. NO customer service. I feel sorry for his direct reports."

"Never dealt with a more rude person in all my times of calling Walgreens. Her name is Kayla. She kept interrupting and was not listening to the answers. At first, I thought there was a delay in my Bluetooth. I gave her benefit of the doubt. But when it became clear that she was just a rude person, I told her I was trying not to be rude because I respect she was doing her job but kindly asked her to please stop interrupting. She put me on hold and came back and asked me the same question. She was so rude and incredibly unprofessional. I have never dealt with this and I have been picking up my own meds and other family members at this Walgreens before."

"Was told to call about my prescription. To be placed on hold 4 times while waiting on that phone call. I get being busy that’s not the issue. However, when Kayla did get on the phone she was snarky and rude. I assume she wasn’t having a great day. It shouldn’t be MY problem to deal with her bad day. The attitude was unnecessary and certainly not needed. Feel free to go to CVS and speak to Nicki she was much more personable and handled the situation in a more professional manner."

"The pharmacy employees don't have any work ethic at all, they don't answer the phone, put you on hold and don't even tell you. 3,4,5 times, it don't matter how long you have to wait, they don't even say,"thank you for holding "..I'm looking for another pharmacy ASAP."

"If I could give negative stars, I would. Both everyone in this location PLUS the corporate office don’t seem to care about the consumer. I ordered two signs for my child’s back to school return like I do every year. While I understand Covid has changed things, I know how to follow instructions. I did exactly what I was asked.... ordered them to be picked up via drive thru. The pharmacy department gave me absolute backlash for doing as my email instructed to do. I drove fifteen minutes one way, wasted my gas, and STILL did not receive the order I was required to prepaid for. The manager on duty was nowhere to be found either. I called their corporate customer service number, and they were not able to assist either. I can guarantee you that I WILL NOT be paying for something I was not given, nor will I ever recommend them. I will be taking our prescriptions elsewhere now as well."
