"This establishment of 7-Eleven sold us firewood last night , we are camping at Ft DeSoto, we decided to return today to the store to request a refund — to our disappointment last night the wood did not burn! We assumed it would be a return with no issues because the product was defective. And we bought 2 bundles last night — we even brought the wood back in our car to give it back to her — We spoke to the store manager and she refused a refund ( her excuse was it comes from a different Vendor, it’s not our wood) she also would not give a store credit. I was really shocked that she had NO solution for us , pretty much she was rude and unprofessional and gave an answer of “no” She did not even offer us to just grab brand new wood. So with that said definitely do not buy fire wood there. And the store manager was not impressive at all. Poor level of customer service. Which is too bad. I am disappointed with how it was handled by the store manager if this store."

"Unfortunately construction makes getting in and out quickly. Extremely limited space. On the bright side, they got just about everything you can and do need for a quick trip to the local beach or State park. Employees were working hard when I was in, and trying to explain Lottery rules, and credit cards to tourists. (time consuming!!) Bathrooms available. This 7-eleven really needs more space!!"
