"Absolutely horrible experience, if you’re going to have “policy” make sure it’s actually consistent. Horrible management wouldn’t even provide policy once asked, would never return. Better local stores in the area to suppose rather than a major corporate chain. 0/5 if I could. Edit: upon reading further reviews it seems this store time & time again has problems with checking IDs of everyone in the party, if you’re going to have a POLICY, stay consistent or do not bother having one at all, it seems they love to profile heavily tattooed people."

"So many options, absolutely love the crew, very knowledgeable on the options they have. Many samplers daily and a vast selection of cigars. Sign up for their membership and gain points when you buy. Can use the points for money off and benefits in the future. The only place I go for alcohol. I highly recommend stopping by."

"I live a block away and was at the plaza so I thought I would check it out. They by far have an intense selection and variety of alcohol of all kinds and cigars as well. The staff also was most kind and helpful. It is a large and clean store."
