"When I first went there I had all my prescriptions synced to go in once every three months and pick them all up at the same time . Not anymore. Whomever it is that controls the ordering doesn't have a clue. They give me partial refills every time I go in. They might give me 25 out of a 270 pill prescription and then if I go back to get the rest it counts as a new refill for my Medicare. They are a joke. The staff is rude and arrogant and they couldn't give a damn"

"Tony and David extremely unprofessional individuals working at the Gulfport location, people like that should NOT have work at all, I went there for an appt schedule online and they told me I needed to go to the drive-thru, although I explained to them that I live a block away from there, they rolled their eyes and ignore me completely. I spoke to them separately and they had zero initiative to help, I would like an apology and their unprofessional attitude should have consequences, I never had a problem with anyone there in that location, I feel there attitude was toward my race, i request an apology and acknowledgment from the management to speak with those two individuals in the pharmacy."

"Pharmacy is awful! New staff every time except for one girl who is the problem! After trying for years to ignore the Rude treatment I changed the difference is nice and friendly service should have changed a lot sooner!"

"Very nice & welcoming Manager I met this morning in photo's. She was happy to help me the photo person was late. Im calling their 800# to complain about no air conditioning though that was unpleasant & sad for employees & customers to shop in! C'mon Walgreens its Fla its stupid muggy n HOT!!!"
