"I bought a bail of 2 string orchard/alfalfa mix since they only carried straight orchard in 3 string and I only mix about a half flake in their normal hay in evenings. It was COMPLETELY brown. I would have checked it before we left but we went in last minute. I called to let them know we were going to be there before they closed and it was highly stressed to me on the phone that they were closing on time because she had something important to do. I respect that. And we didn't want to hold them up. I was trying to give a courtesy call. When I was able to call back during their hours (22 mornings) a girl who I spoke to said I could not bring it back because I opened it and that they know about the terrible condition of the hay. She said that whole trailer wasn't good. And that I'm not the first to complain. So a wasted $19.00. I do hope they dont remove my review again. next time, please INFORM the customer of the condition of the product they are purchasing from you BEFORE they make the purchase. It's nice to know we are getting what we expect. Believe it or not, most of us understand when a trailer isn't good. But we still may not want to try to give it to our horses."
