The most recent fish I purchased ended up introducing white spot disease and wiped out my entire fish tank despite trying to treat it."

"This location has a horrible manager that isn’t afraid to tell you her inappropriate, biased, and judgmental opinion of you on a whim, yet she still somehow keeps her job. Corporate customer service could care less about what transpires and will tell you so. Avoid this company like the plague and get them shut down. There are other, more reputable places with much better service to get your fur family member’s needs."
