"Pretty disappointed in this location. Waited in a 4 car line for what felt like forever. I am a customer of this location at least 6 days a week. The guy in driver thru today was a totally rude and a disrespectful employee, told my husband he can’t have a cigar in his mouth! I’m sorry this is America and I’m in my vehicle. Some of these employees smell of weed when you physically go into the store. So it’s ok for employees to smell of weed , among other things but someone in their own vehicle can’t have a cigar, cigarette or a pipe in their mouth! Theres no signs posted anywhere in the drive thru, he then shuts window and walks away. If you want customers to follow a rule DONT YOU THINK WE SHOULD BE MADE AWARE OF IT! I cannot believe the entitlement of this employee!"

"Delivery Driver Here. Accepted offer with 7 miles to pickup. Took me 15 minutes or so to arrive in morning commute traffic.7:30 am. Arrived, saw drinks were ready but not bagged for delivery. Youngstown Ohio employee (Didn't note her name, but overheard her mention hometown) acknowledged me ... then, had me waiting while she served other customers (FYI - A Delivery Customer is Your Customer, too) and chatting. Politely requested with a PLEASE if I could have my order bagged. Scowl and Attitude from Youngstown. Stood there again for about 30 seconds ... she's still not bagging. Reassigned. STOP treating Delivery Drivers with such blatant disrespect for their time and rudeness in communication. The passive aggressive approach is Not Acceptable. I'll say it again - Delivery Customers are YOUR CUSTOMERS, TOO."

"I have to give Shannon a shout out for her amazing customer service. I ordered pumpkin spice lattes with pumpkin spice, cold foam, and I wanted them to be hot, but there was a miscommunication. She happily remade my coffee’s with excellent customer service five star service."

"Update: As far as Starbucks go, this is a 5-star location. I come here all the yoke. Sometimes is busier than other times and sometime the drive through wait can be longer, but the people are always friendly.today I put in a mobile order and the barista actually proactively told me and another person where we were in line! Wow! Love it! Older review: Great spot. Rode through the drive through with my pup and then sat out front in outside seating area."

"Customer service was outstanding. Got a late start back from vacation. We were exhausted and needed something special to make it home. Starbucks is always a place we try to go to when traveling. It was close to closing and we were worried about going in at the last minute. All of the staff did an excellent job in welcoming us in and Kevin was phenomenal. He took great care of us, suggesting menu options and giving us details on items to eat. I love walking into Starbucks and enjoying the smell of coffee. This team that was working last Sunday on June 6th at closing, kudos to you. Thank you for being the perfect ending to a wonderful vacation we had on the Belleair Beach."
