"This is my dog the day we took him in to be groomed. We are already paying around 70.00 for the grooming and he was just cut three weeks ago but they tried to upcharge an extra 25.00 for tangles. We regularly get him groomed, I spend more money on his haircuts than my own and take him once a month so the extra they tried to charge for “tangles” seems excessive and especially since he has no matting and isn’t even that long. In addition, he had extreme anxiety about being there. We left and will find service somewhere else moving forward. Maybe a non commercial local groomer is the way to go. Really unfortunate because we were a regular customer until today."

"BE CAREFUL ADOPTING PETS HERE!! Decided to get a kitten as a companion for my adult cat. Unfortunately he came riddled with fleas I didn't notice until it was to late. There was no warning which I would have preferred as I would have taken steps to kill the fleas on him before introducing my older cat and allowing him on the cat furniture. Now I have to deflea everything and both cats!!"

"Took both of my dogs to Petsmart primarily for nail trims since I can't do it at home. Scheduled for both dogs to have baths since we were there with the German Shepard to get Furminator treatment. Leah called after 2 hours and said she couldn't do either one of their nails. She said maybe if she had help. I offered to help but not allowed to go behind door. When I got there three girls working standing at counter on phones. When asked if one of them Could help they said no. Asked for Weimaraner bath to be taken off as well since they are easy to wash. . Said manager agreed but we were banned from the grooming salon. I still eneded up paying 74 dollars and the German Shepard looked like she hadn't been brushed. Don't waste your time. Bad customer service."

"Always friendly & helpful service. If you have any questions about what is best for your pet they are happy to help. One employee even recommended a cat toy that people keep telling her their cats love, & it just happened to be one of the cheapest ones. (It's the pickle, I now have 4 because both of my cats love them so much)"
