My husband and I have about 18 total years of experience being independent pet parents (meaning not counting our childhoods) and with moving cities and states over the years we've probably visited 10 clinics/vets over that time. "After a miscommunication with my appointment this morning, I ended up having to leave without my dog being seen. Something happened with my appointment not being saved so we weren’t able to get my dog in. the veterinarian at this hospital reached out to me via phone, and made sure that my dog was taken care of. This was after an obviously very stressful day for the entire establishment. I just really feel like she went above and beyond, and sounded like she truly cared about getting my dog taken care of. It sounded like she was dealing with crises all day, and my dog just has a skin infection. To me of course it’s a big deal, but I could see in the eyes of others how other crises would take precedence. But she still took time out of a very intense day to call me and give me, a nearly 15 minute phone consultation and go out of her way to make sure that my dog is taken care of before the weekend. I was a little unsure this morning to continue bringing my animals here and now I am very set on taking them here anytime they need anything. Thank you Dr. Focke."

"Super friendly staff unfortunately just the one Veterinarian. Poor Pepper had a hives like reaction to something he got into, but they were pretty booked up. I’d still recommend the place if you need a vet."
