"This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy! GARY lacked empathy or concern for my daughter and her seizure medication. Was told two weeks in advance I could pick up my daughter prescription on the 24th. Came to pick up her prescription and the told me it was OUT OF STOCK! WOW! Gary said he would pay for her prescription out of pocket since it was a mistake on their end and would go pick up her prescription from a different pharmacy. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK AND NEVER RECEIVED MEDICATION FROM PHARMACY. This is a medication that she CANNOT MISS A DOSE OF ! As of 2/25/23 STILL NO WORD FROM GARY! Hire people who cares about the patients and not just care about the money this is appalling that a pharmacy would do this to a child and not have a solution at all for my daughter!! If you have important medicines that you need to receive my best wishes is that you find another pharmacy! If anything happens to my child I will be taking legal action against them for negligence! TAKE HEED!"

"I only go there to use my extra bucks otherwise it's too expensive for my blood and the wait time is awful for prescriptions I would rather pay a little more and wait a little less. I don't think they understand that our time is just as important as theirs"

"Pharmacy experience was very rude. I had two RX'S dropped off. On e had to be ordered ...they were out of medication. So they filled the other and texted me to pick up numerous times. I called and told could I wait till both were ready. NO Problem! We will hold for two weeks anyway before putting back. Well, when I went in, they put it back and not only that...sorry you will also have to WAIT 30 MINUTES till they can fill it. No other customer was in the pharmacy. Also, I was told that I need to have ALL my other RX'S filled there...not at any other CVS??? What is with that."
