"This morning I had such a great experience transferring my prescription. Terrica was so helpful and kind and assisting me to do it. I was trying to transfer my prescription from another state and she helped do it for me flawlessly and with a great attitude! I am very pleased and appreciate all of her hard work! Thank you !!"

"person that calls you about your prescription does not like her job. They lost my prescription and had to call doctor to resend it. Calls me upset as if checking if it is covered by insurance before I go pick it up is so difficult."

"We have been using this CVS for the last ten years and recently (within the last few months) there has been a change in pharmacist. The new ones name is Terrica. She is the rudest, most unhelpful, LAZY pharmacist I have ever met. She won’t even run your insurance and just wants you to pay out of pocket for whatever reason. She basically threw my daughter’s prescriptions at me and slammed the drawer as soon as I got them out. I wasn’t allowed to ask her any questions about storing this medication or anything. I have never ever experienced anything like this with anyone in my entire life. She needs some serious help or needs to go find a different job where she doesn’t have to interact with people."

"Scheduled an appointment online for flu and shingles shots. Was told on the phone that it would take only 5 minutes if I had an appointment and 10 minutes without an appointment. After 15 minutes… I left. They are way to busy to offer any kind of customer service or keep any appointments."
