"This was my first experience at this location and it was not good. My prescription was filled the day before. I was told when I dropped off my prescription it would be an hour to two hours before ready. Hence the drive thru is just for pick up or drop off not to wait for your script to be filled. Yet I waited 15 to 20 mins , 2nd in line. The customer in front of me picked up 3 scripts. Apparently she dropped off then and waited for then in line ? That is the only reason I could think that I would have to wait that long. It took less than 5 mins for me to pay and get once at window. If the reason was not as mentioned above then they need to hire more people or when there is an issue have the customer come inside to take care of issue. It is not fair for those of us that are just wanting to use the drive thru for quick service. There was nothing quick about it. I hope this was a one time thing otherwise I will find a different pharmacy."
