"I took my dog to get bath/ nails cut. When I went to pick him up the groomer said my dog was very anxious about nail trim, for me to take him somewhere else. She followed up with my veterinarian in Birmingham to verify that both my dogs were up to date with their vaccines prior to our scheduled appointment on Tuesday. The other place that I spoke to apparently didn’t require this. I was greeted courteously and the groomer assigned to my girls took a break to meet us. Danielle asked questions and told me when I should expect them to be ready. 45 minutes early I got the call that they were ready. Both my shih tzus looked and smelled great for 40% less than I pay my groomer at home! I wish I could take Danielle home with us next week."
