"Valentines Night 2024, Worst night out ever. Went here to eat out we sat waiting awhile finally asked our Waitress for our soup, salad and drinks, she apologized and got them, little while later brought my roll which was very good, we sat there over an hour waiting on our food never got it, people at the next table to us which came up after us got there food before us ,we questioned the Waitress about it, she said no and apologized they said they saw they was there after us, and they got their food first., which we saw others was getting discussed sitting waiting on their food too, when we asked about our food again and the Waitress went to check on it, she came back and told us it will be 20-30 more minutes which we had already sat over an hour, we told her we was leaving. We paid for our drinks and a Suzi Roll & won't be back! Never had this problem with the other Owners."
"Really bad experience Valentine’s Day. I had no idea the place was under new ownership it seemed to be the first day open for them it was such a mess. Waitresses going from table to table not remembering which table needed what, ordered sushi and never received it while people who came 20 mins after us received there’s, waited over an hour for food and the food we received was not nearly as good as the previous owners. Crunchy rice no cabbage anymore and charred steak. We saw several people get up and leave due to not being seen to. We had to ask for the one refill we got and received sweet tea with not a single cube of ice our waitress never checked in with us at all."
"By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a restaurant. We walked in and the cashier threw her hand in my face and said “you just need to go sit and wait for a table”. When the waitress brought our soup and salad I unrolled the linen napkin to a dirty spoon with dried rice on it. Someone finally came back to the table and brought another spoon. We ordered food at 6:20pm and did not get our food until 7:50pm. While we were there at least 10-12 tables had gotten upset and walked out. No apology or any kind of rectification from management."
"The sushi was mostly rice. It barely had any filling. It was also super expensive. Not worth it at all. It didn’t even taste very good. No surprise considering it was just rice :/ Also, the white square is suppose to be avocado. Idk what it is."
