"An elderly family member uses this place that call themselves a friendly pharmacy. Apparently if your not a who's who they won't fill your meds. and will tell you they don't have said medication, when they have plenty. Amazing what different little birds will tell a customer!!! These tactics cause an aged person much undue anxiety that is uncalled for and rates uprhere with abuse. If it's done to one there are many more out there. I wanted to rate this store/pharmacy at a 0 but 0s not available."
"Pharmacist according to my husband was extremely rude and had a bad attitude when he was trying to drop off my script. She refused to honor the Goodrx price. She wanted us to pay $700 out of pocket today for my medication. This Pharmacy needs to have more compassion and empathy for people and learn to be professional or seriously consider a different career. Taking my “$700 script” and getting it filled elsewhere."
"They’ve put me on hold 6 times now without saying a word. Just answers, puts on hold, and waits another 5 minutes. I don’t really care but I just need to let them know we moved and don’t need our prescriptions, so I’ll just block their number so I don’t get spammed anymore. Also, huge HIPAA violations because they have sticky notes on their computers with patient information that you can see from the drive thru. Wait time is forever, and they’re rude. Like legit look at you while you’re at the window for 11 minutes (yes I counted) and then proceed to help. At least have some “southern hospitality” and say “we’ll be with you in just a moment”. But they just answered and told me to hold again, so yeah… just blocking the number now because I don’t have the time for incompetency today."
"The amount of attitude and unprofessionalism that not only have I experienced here, but also family is absolutely unacceptable. I wanted to work here, so I applied online and drove up there to drop off my resume. Upon arriving, I asked a young lady for a manager on duty, and she looked at me as if I just said the most outrageous thing and then told me they weren't there that day. So I politely asked if I could leave my resume with them and when they would be in, and she then proceeded to tell me all about how I need to apply online and I can post my resume there instead. I obviously know this and have already done this, however I wanted to meet the manager and make a good impression by putting further effort like most individuals should when applying, however she then proceeded to raise a brow and give a confused and annoyed look when I told her I just wanted to drop it off and meet them in person. She then made excuses like she just "didn't want to lose it" and once again told me to just go online. It wouldn't of been that big a deal if she did lose it because like she said, there is a digital copy online, it however would've been better and more polite of her to take it instead of arguing. It would've taken no effort to take my resume and just tell me when their boss would be in, instead she just made me feel stupid like I don't know what I'm doing. Employees have said and done rude things to me and my family countless times here as customers, and I would never work in a place like that even if they paid double what they do now. I should've known it wouldn't have changed after those experiences, but I had hope. I know customer service can be frustrating and we all have bad days, but if you're just going to get an attitude with your customers, staff, and everyone around you, you shouldn't be in customer service. I am disappointed, because I looked forward to having the opportunity to work with this company, even if I weren't hired (which I'm confident I would have) I'll take my efforts elsewhere where I'll be respected and appreciated, and not have some employee make rude expressions and refuse to take my resume because they're lazy or don't care. I hope that management sees this and takes action to ensure this behavior stops for customers and potential employees sake."
"If you shop this store, take advantage of the items on sale and any Bogo's. The regular store prices are unbelievably expensive. I only buy sale items at this store. The pharmacy drive thru is always backed up.The pharmacy staff is very slow. It's best to pick up your prescriptions the next day to avoid the extremely long wait. One bonus is that the store employees are very friendly and helpful. It's not their fault that the prices are so high. I'll have to give this store 3 stars."
