"Very friendly staff. On 5.23.23 I walked in. They stated appointments for therapy is 3 months out. I was able to speak to someone in private and share my story. Very kind and compassionate she was indeed. I was not scheduled for therapy. And was told I should be approved and fast tracked. One month later I am scheduled to see nurse practioner. She was training another man with no experience in Complex Trauma what so ever. I was prescribed ( off lable) blood pressure meds for night terrors. One pill landed me in the hospital with a migraine and puking. Still no call to check on me and no call to schedule appointment for therapy as promised. 3 months waiting and nothing was getting done and no one was returning my calls. My opinion is they must have to many patients. I don't recommend this facility at all. Not a good experience over all."

"Everyone is friendly, from the front desk staff and to the clinicians. Office is a pleasant environment and everyone cares about your well-being."

"Billing practices are terrible. They do not know how to charge your insurance correctly and will have you pay normal copays at first and then send you a bill for hundreds of dollars saying “oops sorry we were billing you incorrectly”. I wouldn’t have been going every week if I knew I would be charged so much per session. I know two other people that are having the same issue and I feel bad because I recommended this place to them."

"Went there a long time ago, over a decade. The service was great while I was in the program, but I was blacklisted for failure to keep my appointments despite being double booked by the front end, and then missing my last appointment due to an emergency situation with an animal that needed to be put down. Did you know that doctors throw medical records away after 10 years? I didn't, but I do now that I look like a liar and an idiot trying to get new medical care in my new county without the records of my diagnosis. PTSD, who is she? I'm cured, guys. I'm finally over it."

"Dr. Jeurgen decided she would cut off my medication cold turkey in the middle of this pandemic causing me to have seizures. I've reported her to the DOH and opening a malpractice law suit against the facility. She is no professional and should be ashamed of herself. She gives doctors everywhere a bad name."
