"Dr. Bradshaw is expensive, charging well over $300 for 30-minute appointments that often lasted less. However, she had good reviews so I paid out of pocket for her care. But then my meds lapsed briefly. I had a seizure and rushed to the ER. I emailed Dr. Bradshaw the next morning asking for a virtual appointment immediately, so we could restore my meds. Despite the medical emergency and my willingness to pay cash for the appointment, she responded with no urgency, offering a virtual appointment date that was several weeks away. As a medical professional and one who charges such exorbitant rates, I expected far better service and care in the wake of a medical emergency - a quick 15-minute virtual appointment was all that was needed. More importantly, as my doctor of more than 18 months, she failed when I needed her most, so I cannot recommend her to anyone else."
