"I'm updating my opinion because I would like to thank the doctor who called me personally to fix the misunderstanding with his staff. I'm glad they review this incidents with during staff meetings, it shows the professionalism of the doctor. Honestly I was expecting more from their staff, I had an appointment in person but they called to let me know the doctor was going to call me. The call never happened and now the appointment needs to be scheduled in another 4 months because they don't have space for new patients. Just for your information ask your staff, they called me on Friday to let me know the appointment was by phone at 9:00 AM on Monday The appointment day I called at 9:15 am because no one called me and they said I had to wait for the call because the doctor was busy. It could be a misunderstanding but is not my fault and the less your staff could have done is to give an appointment asap and not in four months like they proposed."

The doctor is a wonderful person, and really takes care of his patients, takes his time and listen to all you problems in order to find the best solution for you. The staff is great. The girls in the front desk are very friendly and always trying to accommodate you as much as possible. They have one of the best customer service I've ever seen in a doctors office. Even if they don't answer you at the moment, they always return you call as soon as they can. I would Highly Recommend this Doctor to anyone who is in need of a Psychiatrist."
