"Would give zero stars if I could. Waited to get a counseling appointment for two weeks, the day before she sends six forms for us to sign with all kinds of personal information, and a credit card form allowing Her to charge us if we don’t cancel within 48 hours, a 48 hour cancellation policy. That’s unheard of. To top it all off and most ironically, she canceled on us three hours before our appointment, siding Covid concerns. Didn’t offer a remote therapy option didn’t offer a zoom call didn’t offer anything just canceled. Where were her Covid concerns the day before when she was Asking us to sign a 48 hour cancellation form? And then denying a service during a time when people’s mental health is deteriorating so quickly? Rude and unprofessional"

"Terrible experience, I was looking for a therapist for my children and I found Dr. Thevenin, unfortunatelly she lacks professionalism, she is bad communicating (talking), impatient, And I din’t like when she said that my visit was $83, when I confirmed with my insurance it was $15, I think she didn’t like that either, the fact that I clarify with my insurance. I would definitely don’t recommender ."
