"Is this really a Taco Bell or a joke? How do they make money selling food?Doesn't get any worse than this. Why does corporate not intervene ? Horrible place .."

"The people working at this location have no pride in the food they’re serving. This is the second time I’ve gone to the drive-through , they serve me food thats Luke warm cold. I ordered a soft taco and a bean burrito. Soft taco was warm. Bean burrito was warm now keep in mind that was nobody in line. The bean burrito when I got home was so dry at the bottom that I just threw it out. I couldn’t even eat it . I live 2 mins from this Taco Bell .. Just a shame ! If you want to be served poorly cooked food this is the place for you."

"This place is a joke. Hire people who pay attention. It's 11:02 a.m. and it's not busy. No one acknowledged me as I patiently waited. Then the woman at the drive through window walks over towards the back, facing her co worker and did a little dance in front of him. I'm all for having fun in a work environment and I realize you can't teach everyone customer service but really? I walked out. Thank you for reminding me why I haven't touched taco bell in months. Had a slight craving. Not anymore."

"Brought Nachos January 11th , went to work On the 12th and became extremely sick. I found out I had FOOD POISONING From the nachos. The meat was cold and the food wasn’t fresh nor cooked to order! I was sick for a couple days until my sickness ran its course."

"Stopped in to order at the counter and was told to use the kiosk! Why? I am paying cash, and you're going to have to go the register anyway. I will not use the kiosk. There is no benefit to me. I didn't go through the drive thru because they always get my order wrong! So I went somewhere else."
