"I have never met a more incompetent, lazy, good-for-nothing doctor in my life!!!!! I’m surprised he has a medical license or hasn’t been sued for malpractice. Her is dangerous to even be practicing. Doesn’t care about his patients what so ever. Losses prescriptions, and referrals. Doesn’t remember what you’ve discussed previously. Won’t diagnose the patient. Tells them they need to see someone else but won’t give you a referral. Tells you to go to other doc and have them send over a referral so he can sign off on it. But then loses the referrals that are sent over. Literally over 10 times!!! Every time!!!! He looks clueless and you can tell he doesn’t care. Sits there confused why you’re even there in the first place. I called my insurance who had me on hold while they contacted Abu’s office. I held on the phone. Insurance confirmed with them they received the paperwork. But when I went in their office they didn’t know what i was talking about. This happened five times! Horrible!"
"Very friendly staff but I wont be going back. I pay for very good insurance and know how the billing works. After arriving at my appointment, I was told I would have to reschedule due to a billing problem even though the doctor was there and no other patents were there. Dr. Abu has a billing department that is incompetent in understanding proper billing procedures and he would rather loose me as a patent than hold his billing department accountable. I have corrected his billing department several times but maybe he's trying to cheat his patents."
"I wrote great reviews for Dr Z but this time - Not so much. Dr Z would not see me unless I found an insurance plan and not pay out of pocket. I was unemployed. He then would not provide me a reference or give a recommendation for a psychologist. He filled all my prescriptions except my wellbutrin and I have been on this for years. Three weeks later, 6 calls to his office, STILL NO PRESCRIPTION. It may not be him and maybe his office staff? I told them today I have no other choice than to move to a new doctor and Kim said sorry and ok. No one cares that it's been three week that I am off my meds. Shame! But they can call me to collect my bill? WHICH was an error and that's another story. They also reported that I had alcoholism and joint pain for my insurance and neither of these items are true. I don't drink and I am 46 and healthy. I also was written a script to get a colonoscopy for no reason. Stay Away - something isn't right with all this."
"Love!!! Lady Lake Office-Profesional and caring. The doctor listened to my concerns and worked together with me on a treatment plan."
"I had been going here for 15 years moving with him. I was seeing Joan. She recently left. They put me with new assistance. I was having trouble with so many things like off-balance. Eye site. She went to the door 3 times to leave and I had to tell her I wasn't done yet. Two weeks later I had a stroke. I went to the hospital for 3 days. She blew me off. The stroke could have been stopped. I will never to back there again. Watch out if you go. I even asked her if she was new. She didn't seem to know anything. She shouldn't be working."
