Patient, knowledgeable, thorough, took the time to explain why diet instructions and limitations are important, when to take meds, and made sure to follow up on lab results herself. A nice change from what can be tense visits with other practices during busy season."

"This office often has trouble booking appointments with my doctor on correct days my provider is in right location. Often they don’t take cancellation of appointments out of computer and they call you for missing appointments. I was not given the correct information or medication prior to start of chemo treatments causing me to be more sick afterwards than I needed to be. I’ve no confidence in this office ability to correctly treat me let alone correctly book any of my appointments. The wait times are incredibly long as well. Office management needs over haul and my provider is not at all personable nor does she acknowledge any of my concerns she just keeps pushing chemo at me. The list goes on and on at this place of things going wrong I can’t recommend this place at all, go anywhere else but here. I’d give -5 stars if they’d let me select it."

"The staff is pleasant, but they don’t clean the pulse oximetry probe between patients and I’ve never witnessed them washing their hands between patients. As in never. I called twice to recommend cleaning the device between patients, but that has not happened. Most of the patients are immune compromised and the lack of hand washing is very concerning."

"I found everyone in the infusion lab to be very kind. Nurse Michelle was especially great. All of my question were always answered. It’s been a good experience. Melanie"
