"The last two times we have visited, it was very disappointing. The food itself is very decent but the service was less than satisfactory. We received very small portions given what we paid, I had to go back and ask them for more chips because the initial portions were so ridiculously small. When we came in for dinner, we noticed that they were closing down the kitchen at 8 PM, when their website said that they close at 9 PM instead. They also put our food in to-go containers when we told them we would be dining in, which we thought was weird. Overall, we’re pretty disappointed with the experience and I can’t say I would recommend this place to others, nor will we be back."

"I’m sorry to leave the negative review, but one tiny, measly scoop of meat for a $12 plate was horrible. I basically have a rice, bean, and cheese salad. This is not the Sucheros experience I’ve had elsewhere."

"They didn't put chicken in one of our chicken Quesadillas, simple mistake, we called and they didn't want to help us without a receipt and it was an online order from the Surcheros website! Then they demanded we give the old food back. It took 2 trips to the store, over an hour to be corrected and had no compensation for their mistake. First time I've had a bad experience here and we used to eat here weekly. Probably won't ever be back. They messed up our food and were rude to us about it."

"The food was good and fresh. The servers were very friendly but clearly overwhelmed due to not enough staff members. They tried there best and kept a smile on there face even with a long line of customers so for me that’s great customer service. It doesn’t have anything that sets it apart from similar offerings. I would like to see more house sauces and my husband agreed beer would pair well with this Tex-Mex meal. Their S’mores quesadilla looks really good but we did not try it on this visit."
