"Office staff is ignorant and doesn’t relay important information to their patients. My husband took off work for an appointment just to be told we had to pay more money upfront that wasn’t relayed to us MONTHS ago when the appointment was scheduled. Now we have to wait two more months for another appointment and no apologies offered just the lie of “we will look into who scheduled it”. Nobody called the day before to remind us of the appointment or to tell us the amount due before the appointment. Office manager didn’t even try to make it right or help in any way."
