"Took my elderly neighbor in for a severe fall. He almost sent her home without even removing the bandage the paramedics had put on her head and stitching up the gaping wounds on her head (I could see her skull!)!! Finally he came back and put stitches in but didn't clean the wound first!! Or after either for that matter. Seemed really out of it in general and I was shocked at his behavior. I took her to Thomas hospital after I personally cleaned her wounds and got her broken shoulder treated properly."
