"Dr Reed is caring and thorough with her demeanor and understanding and not afraid to order tests and labs to find out what the issues are. Her front desk staff need some work on patient interactions I’ll site an example: had my visit and the Dr was ordering a new medication for me. I left and went to the pharmacy expecting my medication to be called in. I waited 45 minutes at the pharmacy and decided to go back to the Drs office. I walked back into the office explaining I was waiting for a script and was told at that time that she does not do scripts till the end of the day! I told the front desk gal that it would be nice if they notified patients that they will have to wait for scripts till the end of the day! I requested a written script and was told she does not do them! I admit to being rather aggravated at that point stating at least next time I will know not to expect scripts till later on in the day as I began to walk out the desk girl stated if I was unhappy with the Dr I was welcomed to change Dr’s! I asked why she would say such a thing to me and asked if she awoke on the wrong side of the bed and I left! I simply hope that this is an isolated event because Dr Reed is in my estimation a good Dr."
