"It’s 2024 and I felt I needed to update my review of Emerald Sands and Dr. Buckmaster and his staff. Today I seen Noele Brenner. It was my first time seeing her. Once again I am impressed! She is a lovely person and was on top of everything. I admit I’m set in my routine of only seeing Dr. B and was a bit hesitant but still knew if she practices in that office then she had to be great and she exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t recommend any other facility. Yes, the wait is long to some. Maybe it is a long wait and I’m use to it. It’s never bothered me because they put my health as well as everyone else’s as priority and that doesn’t come through a McDonald’s of a Dr.s office. If you value knowledge and experience and want a committed team for your health care then this place is for you. From the front desk to the back , all of the nurses and staff are just a wonderful group of people who go above and beyond for their patients."

"Dr Buckmaster is a unique doctor. He’s down to earth, doesn’t seem like your typical physician who rushes or doesn’t listen or prescribes something you don’t need. He’s very thorough with checking your folder every time, careful to on evaluating medical history; listens to concerns and spends personal time with you. He’s very educated and a godly man which is refreshing to hear a physician share motivation faith based and treating accordingly. He cares! Buckmaster didn’t make me feel like a client but made me feel like a loved family member which made the wait time seem minimal from the maximum effort and energy he gives his patients. Blessed to have found my long term primary care physician and so close to home!"

"The wait time is long. Had blood to be drawn. Stuck twice and blew a vein second time. Suggested I go to the hospital for a third stick. I never want to go back here. Wasted my time and health issues remain untreated. Update to review: I decided to go for 1 more try. I need a CT scan for a referral to a surgeon. Noelle would not even hear me or see me. Sent the nurse instead. I do not need a useless abdominal ultrasound. I would give 0 stars if I could. Go somewhere where the medical staff give a damn. 4 wasted visits. About 2 hours each time. Avoid this place. I will never go back."

"Absolutely dreadful excuse for a practice. The Doctor is VERY SLOW. as in a 4hr wait EACH VISIT slow. All PT. Encounters are recorded by handwriting ON PAPER. He primarily recommend "praying" for a c6 and c7 spinal injury. I was sent to get MRI I reached out for results and was expected to attend and pay for another 4hr wait for a visit to obtain my results. I cancelled this appt bc 4hrs a visit was outrageous. And REAL PRACTICE WOULD PROMPTLY REFER A SPINAL INJURY TO NUERO MINUS AN ADDITIONAL APPOINTMENT....I Called the "Nurse"... 6months later to ask why I had not got the proper referral; Since my injury was so severe. She YELLED AT ME . I disconnected the phone call and was left a very NASTY PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE voicemail. Stating "they scheduled me an appointment to give me results." When my neurologist Open the MRI his nurse ..(A REAL NURSE) CALLED ME THE SAME DAY WITH APPOINTMENT FOR A NUEROSURGEON!!! Here I am 2weeks after seeing a new M.D, 1 week after seeing the neurologist ...and day 1 of seeing the NUEROSURGEON I am scheduled to have frieaking skull surgery in 4days!!!! This office is only Abt getting money and the wait time and customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRID!"

"Find a doctor elsewhere. I loved nurse Jenny but the patient care here isn’t reliable at all. They don’t keep up with prescriptions, take weeks to send the scripts over EVEN with the pharmacy sending in several requests. Which in turn caused me to get off important medicines for weeks at a time. Another thing to be aware of is that if you want to try and get in for an emergency appointment, they won’t even call you back if you left a voicemail. Their patients obviously aren’t their priority."
