"Chipotle is my weakness. When I need a satisfying burrito bowl in a hurry, they're my go-to. The Coral Gables location on Miracle Mile is conveniently located, but the experience can be hit or miss, particularly during peak hours. Let's start with the positives. Chipotle's build-your-own customization is its biggest appeal. I love the variety of fresh ingredients – even if some, like the guacamole, cost extra. On a good day, the service line moves like a well-oiled machine, getting you your food quickly and efficiently. However, consistency is where this location sometimes struggles. During the lunch or dinner rush, things can get chaotic. It seems like the online orders sometimes take priority, leaving in-person patrons waiting noticeably longer. On my last visit, my rice was undercooked, and they skimped a bit on the protein portion. Despite these inconsistencies, the flavor usually wins out. Chipotle's ingredients are reliably tasty, and there's something addictive about their spicy salsas and smoky barbacoa. It's not gourmet dining, but it hits the spot when you have that craving. Overall, Chipotle on Miracle Mile is a decent option for a quick, casual meal. If you're willing to brave the potential crowds or order ahead online, you'll likely be satisfied with their signature bowls and burritos. But if you're looking for a more relaxed experience or have time to spare, there are plenty of other dining options along Miracle Mile worth exploring."
"I had a disappointing experience at Chipotle recently. I placed an order through the app scheduled for 1:10, but upon arriving at the store, my order wasn't ready. Not only did they give me the wrong order twice, but the manager, Maikol, and the blonde cashier showed no interest in resolving the issue. Maikol rudely claimed the order wasn't in their system, offering no solution and turning his back. It was a disrespectful experience; my order was paid for, yet he lacked empathy, treating me as if I were seeking free food. Unfortunate that such behavior comes from the manager, leaving much to be desired."
"What sets Chipotle apart is its commitment to quality. The ingredients are always fresh, flavorful, and responsibly sourced, ensuring that every bite is a taste sensation. Whether you’re indulging in their signature burrito bowl, tacos, or salads, you can trust that you’re getting a meal made with care and attention to detail. But Chipotle isn’t just about the food – it’s also about the experience. The assembly line-style service allows you to customize your meal to your exact specifications, ensuring that you get exactly what you want, every time. Plus, the staff are friendly, efficient, and always willing to accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions."
"The food tastes great but the portions especially online are ridiculous small. I paid 4.50 for extra chicken on my bowl and received at maximum 10 pieces of chicken in the entire thing. Order in store if you can to get your moneys worth."
"$13 for this hahaha. I don’t usually like being annoying with food workers because i am one myself but come on, the guy serving was even greedy with the rice lol. First time having a problem at this location tho."
