"Getting proper technology setup for remote couples counselling is crucial. If there is a tech failure well then I suppose there will be a failure in the counseling. The problem is when it is not sporadic and is a trend in more than one session. When we came to Allison we needed a third party to help communicate complex issues we were not aligning on. Unfortunately she failed with her communication and failed to follow up via phone with us. Would not recommend for couples."
