"I ran into a bump in the road with my application (something personal that was involved) and I chose to take a different career path altogether. I asked Simone and Nicole through email for a denial letter as to why I wasn't hired and never received any response. She then asked me through Indeed.com to write her a review on Google with 5 stars because at that time people were writing negative reviews about how unprofessional she conducts her interviews among other things. That part isn't my business as I had a decent experience with Nicole in my interview (even though she was 10 minutes late to it) but, I can say that they are unorganized and find it to be unprofessional with the lack of response I have yet to receive from her or even a "thank you" for helping write a positive review before. I was left in the dust and never followed up with. I get a business has to run and continue operating, but being courteous and professional goes a long way. Therefore I'm rescinding my rating and putting how I truly felt about my experience with Angelic Steps Therapy, which is a 1 star rating."
