"I am very sorry for the rest of the staff that may not deserve one star but all it needed for a customer to feel good or bad is just one interaction and this associate called Elizabeth who answered the phone is the worse person I have interacted with in a long time . No patience at all to hear and understand what I was asking for, she cut me off several time and at the end I had to end the call without getting the information I was requesting. I got the impresión she may be in need of an urgent evaluation to deal with anxiety issues. People that do not have customer service skill should not be working with customers at all."
